Empowering Tip: Look for something positive in every day

Today’s quote is from another unknown author – I find a lot of those, it seems!  It is:  “Look for something positive in every day, even if some days you have to look a little harder.”

Looking for positivity has been my mantra – trying to get out of the negative vibe we as human beings seem to have going on.

It’s rough – some days, you think, I just want it to end, I’m done!  Tomorrow has to be better!  But even on those days, there had to be something good that happened:  maybe breakfast was yummy, or you ran into someone you miss, or you had a nice hair day – sometimes, it’s the little things that make the difference.

Negativity will eat away at you … so no matter how bad the day was, you really want to strive to find something good.  Pick out one little thing that can make you feel better about the day, and focus on that.

Super-simple, right?
